Order Processing Time All orders are processed within [1 to 2] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Note: During peak promotional periods or holidays, order processing may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (US) We offer simple, transparent shipping options for our customers:

  • Complimentary Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders totaling $100 or more.

  • Standard Shipping (Orders under $100): For orders under $100, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and destination of your package.

Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is [3 to 7] business days, depending on your location. We partner with reliable carriers (such as [UPS / FedEx / USPS]) to ensure your equipment arrives securely.

International Shipping

  •  Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking matrix will typically become active within 24 hours.

Damages and Lost Packages Your Goguess equipment is securely packaged to withstand transit. However, if you receive a system that appears to have been damaged during shipping, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately. If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact our support team within [7] days so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
